- Integrated Fax over IP support with the world’s leading fax hardware providers: Brooktrout, Intel and Eicon.
- Inbound conversion to PDF. In many organizations, PDF is the standard format for document archiving and delivery. With 6.0, archiving and delivery of fax messages as PDFs are now supported out-of-the-box.
- Inbound OCR allows archiving of fax messages with attached OCR text for improved indexing, archival retrieval and discovery.
- Document Conversion multi threading allows simultaneous conversion of attachments - a 'must-have' for companies with heavy fax loads, where conversion can easily become a bottleneck.
