AutoCont CZ, a. s. is a private Czech company established in 1990. It is currently the leading Czech supplier of information and communications technologies. The company’s activities are concentrated in three key business units:

AutoCont Business Solutions (ABS)

The AutoCont CZ independent business unit exclusively delivering comprehensive business information systems solutions. ABS either works together with a system integrátor or acts as such. ABS focuses in particular on:

• Platforms and infrastructure IT equipment and technology infrastructure, including administration, management and security systems
• Enterprise information systems ERP systems including Business Intelligence solutions
• Knowledge management Integrated document management and customer relationship management systems
• E-business MS web technologies-based application development

ABS commercial activities are primarily concentrated in Prague, Brno and Ostrava regional centres, employing some one hundred leading experts.

AutoCont Computer Services (ACS)

With its service network of 58 trade Office throughout the Czech Republic, AutoCont CZ is the leading Czech supplier of computers and services to consumers, small and medium-sized businesses. ACS’s key advantage is its high standard of professional knowledge and the skills of all its employees, together with detailed local knowledge of customers.

Operating throughout the Czech Republic, ACS leverages its central management system of business and service activities to become an ideal partner for all regional businesses and organizations.

AutoCont CZ is an authorized business and service partner of the following leading companies: AT Computers (AutoCont computers), HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Canon, Acer, Olympus and many other producers.

ACS also promotes its AC Asistent programme, with a comprehensive set of commercial services. On the Czech computer market, AutoCont CZ constantly maintains a market share of over 10 per cent. This is due to the company's extensive range, high-quality services and active business approach.

AutoCont Professional Service

Professional Services is the AutoCont CZ division providing IT service and support for business customers. Its service centres are located in 13 regional towns and cities. The provision of services is centrally managed by the Service Desk located in Prague. Service and support management is controlled by a Siebel Field Service applicationbased solution. Methodology is build on ITIL 2.0 and the management system is certified according to ISO 9002. The key advantage of AutoCont’s Professional Services is its ability to guarantee recovery of customer’s mission-critical technologies within a maximum of 4 hours. This is available 24 hours a day anywhere in the Czech Republic.
