Fenestrae certification for AudioCodes Media Gateways

Den Haag - Monday, May 19, 2008 - After intensive lab testing, Fenestrae® certified the AudioCodes Mediant™ 1000/2000 and MediaPack™ product lines compatible with its products. Both companies designed their products to support the Microsoft Unified Communications solutions.

The Fenestrae Communication Server and Fenestrae Faxination Server enable the sending and receiving of fax and SMS messages from the Microsoft Unified Communications platform. Fenestrae products are a software-only solution, supporting Microsoft Virtual Server and VM ware. The AudioCodes’ product line uses in-house best-of-breed voice technology enabling: Flexibility - by providing a broad range of interfaces and protocols, Modularity & Scalability - in selecting the right size box for the solution which begins with 2FXS or 2FXO ports, scaling up to 1000’s of voice channels on a single chassis, Manageability – with the same look and feel user interface and a central, standard based, management system for large installations, High Availability – for Enterprises and large installations where the availability of the system is critical and the selection of AudioCodes high availability platforms includes: Dual AC/DC power systems and Dual CPU.
