Fenestrae certification for Dialogic Media Gateway

Den Haag - Thursday, March 06, 2008 - After intensive labs testing Fenestrae® certified the Dialogic® Media Gateways 3000/4000 as compatible with its products. Both companies designed their products to support the Microsoft Unified Communications platform allowing customers to send and receive faxes and SMS messages.

Fenestrae has chosen the Dialogic Media Gateways as their preferred gateway because of the “quality and performance.”, according to Armin Ringler, Fenestrae Regional Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Fenestrae Communication Server and Fenestrae Faxination Sever are enabling sending and receiving fax and SMS messages from the Microsoft Unified Communications platform. The Fenestrae products are a software-only solution, supporting Microsoft Virtual Server and VM ware.

Dialogic Media Gateways provide easy to deploy solutions for IP to TDM connectivity. The gateways support PBX integrations, branch office deployments, and WAN access configurations - from 8 port analog through 4 span E1 gateways.

Both products communicate with each other via the integrated Fax Over IP (FOIP) T.38 interface supporting T.38. And are designed to enable a smooth migration from the legacy PBX systems to the Unified Communications IP based world.

The products guarantee robustness, flexibility and scalability making the solutions usable for Small Medium Business up to the Corporate and Hosters.
