Info Support Managed IT Services (MITS) offers customers the opportunity to leave the responsibility for services in the domain of e-mail and website hosting, technical (application) management and support to Info Support’s specialists. The activities are conducted centrally from our headquarters in Veenendaal by highly qualified, certified personnel who are continually trained in the newest technologies and methodologies. If activities need to be performed on site, these activities are also coordinated from this unit. Quality assurance and process management are crucial aspects of Info Support’s business philosophy. MITS uses the ITIL guidelines as the point of departure for this. We have augmented these guidelines with Info Support’s own ‘Best Practices’.

In addition, MITS offers an extensive Hosting Service, based on Microsoft’s Windows-Based Hosting. This service, which we call Info Support Hosted Business Suite, includes Hosted e-mail (Hosted Exchange Server), Sharepoint Services, Virtual Office, DotNetNuke, Live Communications Services, Web Hosting and Data Hosting.
