• Immediate sms alerts: By using flash SMS, text messages appear immediatly on the mobile phone.

• SMS reminders to customers: Rules can be set in your CRM or any other applications so that SMS messages are generated automatically. It is also possible to manually create SMS messages so that they can be send via a web or email client.

• Sending SMS instead of Voicemail: Did you know that someone responds 5 times faster to a SMS than to a voice mail? Send SMS messages from your email or web client to the persons you want to contact instead of calling them. Increase the responsiveness rate and make sure everyone gets the information needed.

• IT system management alerts: Fenestrae system management tools can generate email alerts. With just a small address change messages can also be send as SMS to the responsible administrator.

• Sending financial overviews from SAP: Fenestrae solutions can send financial data via SMS or MMS messages from SAP. FCS can also be configured to send notifications back on delivery of SMS/MMS, so you can be assured that the message is delivered.

As you can see the applications are very broad range, Fenestrae Communication Server is flexible and scalable enough to be deployed in almost any environment and can use small scale technologies, such as SMS modems, up to direct IP connections to SMS-C’s depending on number of messages being sent.
