All customers with active support agreements may log into our support site to create new cases (support tickets), view their currently open and solved cases, and browse Solutions (FAQ knowledgebase) for technical information, patches, and hotfixes.
Fenestrae Training is available to customers and partners that require a more in-depth technical knowledge of our products. We have a regular schedule of online, instructor-led training and onsite training is also offered.
